With over 20 years of experience in the holistic wellness field, I am passionate about helping others find physical, mental and spiritual balance through the use of herbalism, energy work, vibrational sound therapy and nutrition.

My personal journey is strongly rooted in my own experiences of overcoming adversity while growing up in a challenging family environment, which ignited my interest in natural healing. It inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to supporting others in their own paths to wellness.

I began my professional wellness career as a massage therapist, later establishing a successful natural products brokerage specializing in herbs, vitamins, and natural body care. My role as an education specialist in the field allowed me to learn from renowned herbalists, naturopaths, food scientists and skin care product formulators. This experience deepened my appreciation for the transformative power of natural remedies and holistic practices.

Today, I artfully integrate my knowledge with my love of music and sound and mindfulness practices to promote inner peace and well-being.
