WHOLE Holmes Pediatrics is a newly-sprouted hub of health for the youth of the Greater New Orleans area. Our community-integrated pediatric practice delivers whole-hearted, family-centered health care and educational services directly to children where they live, learn, play, and pray. By partnering with local families and organizations, we are able to provide onsite care to youth ages 9 months to 18 years old in their natural environments, as well as a traditional clinic space as requested. Our mission is to instill health as a habit, making quality pediatric care more accessible, convenient, and connected to the communities we serve. We care where our families are.

As the founder of WHOLE Holmes Pediatrics, Dr. “J” Jasmine R. Holmes, MD, MPH, I am humbled to share the vision of health and wellness with the future of our city. A proud New Orleans native, my journey began at Xavier University of Louisiana, where I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Chemistry before earning my M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an M.P.H. from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. I returned home to complete my pediatric residency through the Tulane–Ochsner Pediatric Residency Program and now have the privilege of serving the community that grew me. I believe healthy communities begin with healthy children and work dutifully in collaboration with families and local organizations to help kids thrive. Outside of work, I’m a poet, yogi, and lifelong learner.
