Restorative Contact With Gabrielle Revlock

Experience the healing power of mindful movement, safe touch, and authentic human connection.
Join internationally recognized somatics educator, choreographer, and movement artist Gabrielle Revlock for a unique workshop introducing Restorative Contact—an embodied practice that blends movement, touch, weight-sharing, and nervous system regulation to cultivate greater ease, presence, and connection.
Whether you attend with a partner or come on your own, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore the profound benefits of consensual, mindful touch in a structured and supportive environment. Couples, friends, family members, and individuals are all welcome. Participants registering solo will be thoughtfully paired upon arrival.
Throughout this primarily floor-based practice, you’ll be gently guided through slow, accessible movement sequences designed to help you:
- Develop greater body awareness and presence
- Experience deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
- Practice healthy communication, agency, and consent
- Build trust through reciprocal touch and movement
- Increase flexibility, balance, coordination, and ease of movement
- Foster meaningful connection with yourself and others
No dance experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to adapt movements to their own comfort level, creating an experience that honors individual needs and abilities. Please note: This workshop is centered on therapeutic, consensual, and strictly non-sexual touch. It is best suited for individuals who have a basic comfort level with interpersonal touch.
